The new finished Support rollers/Backup rollers without pin are used for our customer’s sheet metal slitting machines, which play a very important role in the cold rolling lines.

The yoke type track roller bearings are sealed, pre-lubricated, LYSYM can design and manufacture many kinds of bearings as the specific requirements of customers.

The spiral welded pipe mill is designed to manufacture spiral welded pipes, either from the same size of the steel strips to different diameters of pipes or from different widths of steel strips to the same diameter of pipes .

As the key equipment of the line, the forming mill is used to roll metal strips continously into spiral tube blanks, applying the theory of three-roll plate bending machine, and then weld them into spiral pipe through one-side welding, both-side welding or high frequency welding .

The new produced forming rollers/yoke type track rollers were mounted to our customer’s spiral weld pipe mills.

This bearing with integrated inner and outer ring. It is used in cases where high rotational accuracy of both the inner and outer rings is required.

The full complement roller set support roller, yoke type track roller NNTR65X160X75-2ZL can support very high radial loads and continious axial loads due two its double-row design. Due to the profiled outer surface of the outer ring, it can compensate for axial loads from minor misalignments and skews.

 

Features
1. Based on full complement, double row cylindrical roller bearing; the two rows of rollers are guided separately from each other by the three ribs of the outer ring; two loose flange rings are used for axial support.
2. Since the bearing does not have a cage, it is particularly stable due to the highest possible number of rolling elements and supports very high radial loads, in addition, the space between the roller sets, which is filled with grease, reduces friction, so relatively high, aslo constantly acting axial loads due to slight misalignment defects or skew, can be accommodated.
3. With inner ring, can be used if the surface of the shaft is not suitable as a raceway.

5. The axial guidance is effected with the central rib and the rolling elements.
6. Seal: sealing shields with lamellar ring on both sides for high sealing effect.

Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings SL04 Series always sealed on both sides and filled with grease. The two-piece inner ring has three integral flanges and is fixed together by a retaining ring. The outer ring has an integral central flange. This kind of bearings can be used to locate a shaft axially in both directions. The outer rings has two snap groove and is one millimeter narrower than inner ring.
