Support roller/Backup roller without pin for our customer’s slitter

The new finished Support rollers/Backup rollers without pin are used for our customer’s sheet metal slitting machines, which play a very important role in the cold rolling lines.

Forming rollers/Yoke type track rollers mounted to our customer’s spiral mill

The spiral welded pipe mill is designed to manufacture spiral welded pipes, either from the same size of the steel strips to different diameters of pipes or from different widths of steel strips to the same diameter of pipes .

As the key equipment of the line, the forming mill is used to roll metal strips continously into spiral tube blanks, applying the theory of three-roll plate bending machine, and then weld them into spiral pipe through one-side welding, both-side welding or high frequency welding .

The new produced forming rollers/yoke type track rollers were mounted to our customer’s spiral weld pipe mills.
